Corporate Wellness Coaching

In today’s busy world, living a healthy lifestyle often gets lost in the shuffle. The tendency to rush through life, grabbing fast food on-the-go, and not making time for exercise has a major impact on our health, our happiness, and ultimately our effectiveness and productivity in both our personal and professional lives.  My passion is to help others learn easy-to-implement, baby steps that will put them on the path to a healthier life.

For businesses and corporations, the benefits are obvious and measurable.

By having employees who know how to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle, your business will be able to:

  • Retain happy, healthy employees
  • Reduce corporate health care costs
  • Boost employee attendance, decrease sicks days
  • Reduce employee health care costs
  • Positively impact your bottom line

So what does a happy, healthy employee look like?
Well, just step back and watch them.  They are easy to pick out.

They seem to:

  • Have increased energy and get more done.

  • Think more clearly and stay focused on the projects that build your business.

  • Handle workplace demands and stresses better.

  • Make more time for creating new ideas.

  • Worry less about health concerns.

It is easy to see why a well run corporate wellness program will reap benefits for years to come.

My corporate programs are uniquely designed to provide employees with not only the education, but the motivation to take control of their health and nutrition.

We bring these fun and inspirational classes to your workplace where we will:

  • Help employees overcome the time constraints and old attitudes and beliefs that hinder living a healthy life.

  • Help employees examine their current eating and fitness habits and inspire them to begin new ones.

  • Provide employees with the tools needed to make healthy eating choices and stick to a lifestyle of fitness and balance.

Jen was instrumental in the success we enjoyed in 2010.  As an accounting firm, we make a sizeable amount of our profit in “tax season”.  Jen came up with a plan utilizing education and Ultravitality to keep our staff healthy during a time of year that is full of stress, colds and flu’s.  We had our lowest absenteeism rate ever which translated into happy clients and happy bosses!  Larry

My simple but comprehensive 3 step process will take each employee through:

1. Completion of a written and validated Health Risk Assessment to holistically identify behavioral and lifestyle risk factors such as poor nutrition, sedentary lifestyle, excess stress, relationships struggles, financial/legal issues, etc.;

2. Bio-metric screenings designed to identify risks for heart disease, diabetes, and cancer including blood pressure, body fat %, lipid profile (with Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and Triglycerides), glucose (blood sugar) screening, and antioxidant protection; and

3. A face-to-face Health Risk Review to create health awareness by reviewing the results with Jen who will then create a Personal Health Report Card and create a written and personalized Health Improvement Plan using SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely) goals for a 90 day path to better overall well-being.

A happy, healthy employee is the single greatest asset your business can have.

We offer a variety of different options for corporate programs.  Advanced Wellness offers an advanced program which includes full bio-metric testing at a wellness launch, followed with specific protocol programs designed to guarantee results for weight management, cardiovascular, and antioxidant risks.  Also included in this program, are monthly wellness chats.

There is also a lunch and learn program.  This includes monthly wellness workshops on a variety of different topics engaging the staff in education and activities designed to increase awareness of health risks, as well as, empower them to achieve a higher level of health.  Lunch can be provided by the employer or arranged by the coach.

The third option is to bring in a team of wellness professionals, including a personal trainer, chiropractor, massage therapist, physical therapist, nutrition consultant and an MD to hold a one day wellness program that educates employees about optimal wellness, how that is achieved, and steps to get there.

Let's discuss building a corporate wellness program for you today.
