Group Wellness Coaching

Group Health Coaching involves meeting with 6-12 others who are also working on making health-related lifestyle changes. Group coaching may be right for you if you are seeking:

  • Convenience – Participate via tele-seminar from the comfort of your home or office
  • Support- Social support is a critical component for long-term success
  • Synergy – An environment where healthy habits are encouraged creates an energy that assists in making good choices.

The group wellness coaching will be 8 weekly sessions specifically designed to help you make small changes in your lifestyle that will lead to long-term, life-changing results.

Each group participant will go through two important steps in addition to the weekly coaching sessions:
1. Completion of a written and validated Health Risk Assessment to holistically identify behavioral and lifestyle risk factors such as poor nutrition, sedentary lifestyle, excess stress, relationships struggles, financial/legal issues, etc.;

2. A Health Risk Review to create health awareness by reviewing the results with Jen who will then create a Personal Health Report Card and create a written and personalized Health Improvement Plan using SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely) goals for a 90 day path to better overall well-being.

You will also have the benefit of group discussions to hear from others in the group how they are making changes in their lifestyle.

    •    implement permanent, healthier lifestyle changes

grocery store tours

The saying "You are what you eat" is so true. Planning your shopping trips and meal preparation is an easy change in your lifestyle that can go a long way towards a healthier lifestyle.

This grocery visit will be 1 1/2 – 2 hours performed at a grocery store of your choice. A whole food store is recommended.

We will visit each section of the grocery store and teach you:


    •    How to properly prepare food for ultimate nutrition
    •    How to determine nutritional content
    •    How to properly store specific foods for maximum longevity
    •    Keys to healthy lifestyle time management
    •    Delicious alternatives to junk foods

An individual private tour is normally $149.  You can join us for a group tour for only $27.

Ok, seriously now…most of us think we eat "pretty good." Um,…Think again! I thought I was a "healthy" eater until TONIGHT after attending Jennifer Beck's Healthy Grocery Store Tour.
